Parent Coaching & Behavioral Support
Includes:
- Comprehensive intake interview
- Functional behavior assessment/interview
- Home and developmental history review
- Record review (IEPs, evaluations, etc.)
- Individualized treatment/support plan
- Behavior goals
- Skill acquisition recommendations
- Environmental recommendations
- Parent coaching sessions (twice monthly)
- Treatment plan updates as progress occurs
- Unlimited email support (within reason)
- Progress review at 3 months
- Final recommendations and transition plan at 6 months, or review of progress and extension of services as needed
Individual Behavioral Consultation
